Representatives of the Secretatiat from the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia are taking part in the documentation and information internship at the Secretariat of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The internship will take place from October 2 to 6, 2023.
During this internship, the public servants will get familiar with organization and functioning of the Secretariat of the Parliament, in particular with the work of the General Parliamentary Documentation Directorate, the General Legal Directorate, the Human Resources Directorate and the Petitions and Hearings Directorate. The officials will also gain an understanding about the work of Parliamentary committees and their Secretariats. The program of the internship also includes attending meetings of some Parliamentary committees, as well as plenary sessions of the Parliament.
The aim of the internship at the Secretariat of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova is to develop the skills and practical knowledge of the representatives of the People’s Assembly of Gagauzia, and promote exchange of experience between employees of the two institutions.
The internship was organized with the support of the CMI – Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation as part of the project “Supporting the Institutionalized and Sustainable Dialogue of the Autonomy of Gagauzia”.
