During this summer “Gagauzia Dialogue” Project, implemented by Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) and funded by Sweden continued facilitation of the dialog process, having focused on organising a series of online capacity building events. The programme was elaborated in partnership with Eurac Research and represented a series of four online sessions meant to contribute to a better understanding of the topics related to the autonomy issues, presenting the international and local experience, providing comparative perspective. The training program concluded with a discussion on the topic ‘Theory and Practice of Intergovernmental Relations and Conflict Regulation’ with Professor Francesco Palermo, director of the Eurac Research Institute for Comparative Federalism.
