The Working Group on Gagauzia (PWG) met for several working sessions during 2018. The PWG members discussed proposals regarding the delimitation of the responsibilities of the ATU in the draft law for completing the Law no.280 / 2011, article 10 of Law no.135 / 2003, and amending and completing Law no.1421 / 2002, Law no.218 / 2010 etc.
The 12 decisions were approved on the following topics:
- Decision no.1: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the Report on the analysis of legislation in the field of culture. This was published as Report no.1 on the analysis of legislation in the field of culture.
- Decision no.2: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of the attributions of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for the completion of article 4 of the Culture Law no. 413 / 1999.
- Decision no.3: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of the attributions of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for the completion of article 10 of the Law no. 135/2003 on the trade of folk art.
- Decision no.4: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of the tasks of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for amending and completing Law no.218 / 2010 on the protection of archaeological heritage.
- Decision no.5: July 04, 2018, July 4, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of the tasks of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for the completion of Law no.280 / 2011 on the protection of mobile national cultural heritage.
- Decision no 6: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of the attributions of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for amending and completing Law no. 1421/2002 on theaters, circuses and concert organizations.
- Decision no.7: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the Report on the analysis of health legislation.
- Decision no.8: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the proposals regarding the delimitation of ATU Gagauzia’s attributions in the draft law for amending and supplementing the Health Care Law No.411/1995 and Report no. 8 on the analysis of legislation in the field of health.
- Decision no.9: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the report on the analysis of legislation in the field of economics, and Report no.9 on the analysis of legislation in the field of economics.
- Decision no.10: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the report on the analysis of legislation in the field of ecology, and Report no.10 on the analysis of the legislation in the field of ecology.
- Decision no.11: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the Report on the activity of the Working Group for ensuring, within the constitutional norms, the functionality of the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia and of the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of ATU Gagauzia in 2017 and Report no.11 of the Working Group to ensure, within the constitutional norms, the functionality of ATU Gagauzia and the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of ATU Gagauzia for the year 2017.
- Decision no.12: July 04, 2018, regarding the approval of the Activity Report of the Working Group for ensuring, within the constitutional norms, the functionality of the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia and the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of the GTA in January-July 2018 and the report of the Working Group to ensure, within the norms constitutional, of the functionality of the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia and of the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of ATU Gagauzia in January-July 2018.
