During 2020, the Working Group on Gagauzia (PWG) met in several working meetings. The PWG members discussed proposals regarding the delimitation of the responsibilities of the ATU, approved the Action Plan for 2020, analyzed the Law 218/2010 on the protection of the archaeological heritage, etc.

- DECISION No.1, July 10, regarding the approval of the Action Pan for 2020.
- DECISION No.2, July 10, regarding the approval of the Working group’s logotype.
- DECISION No.3, and Draft Law, September 22, on the approval of proposals regarding the delineation of powers of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law on amendments to Law No. 218/2010 on the protection of archeological heritage.
- DECISION No.4, September 22, on the approval of the Report on the activity of the Working Group for ensuring, within the constitutional norms, the functionality of ATU Gagauzia and the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of ATU Gagauzia, for the first semester.
- DECISION No. 5 and Draft Law, December 15, on the approval of the proposals related to the clarification of competencies of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law for the modification to Law no. 1530/1993 regarding the protection of monuments.
