Since the beginning of 2021, the Working Group on Gagauzia has held several working meetings. During the sessions, the following decisions were adopted:
- DECISION No. 6, March 9, on the approval of the Report on the activities of the Working Group to ensure, within the framework of constitutional norms, the functionality of ATU Gagauzia and the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on the special status of ATU Gagauzia, for 2020.
- DECISION No. 7, March 9, approving the draft law on amendments to the Law No. 135/2003 on folk arts and crafts.
- DECISION No. 8, March 9, on the approval of proposals for the clarification of powers of ATU Gagauzia in the draft law on amendments to the Law No. 228/2010 on Plant Protection and Phytosanitary quarantine.
- DECISION No. 9, March 16, on the approval of proposals for consulting the authorities of ATU Gagauzia in the decision-making process.
- DECISION No. 10, March 16, on the inclusion of representatives of ATU Gagauzia in the boards of national funds.
