Decisions, reports and draft laws approved by the Working Group in 2022

During 2022, the Working Group on Gagauzia held several working meetings. During the sessions, the following decisions were adopted:

1. DECISION No.1, May 24, 2022, on the approval of the Report on the activities of the Working Group to ensure, within the framework of constitutional norms, the functionality of ATU Gagauzia and the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on the special status of ATU Gagauzia, for 2021.
2. DECISION No. 2, 24 May 2022, on the approval of the Activity Plan of the Working Group to ensure, within the framework of constitutional norms, the functionality of ATU Gagauzia and the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Moldova on the special status of ATU Gagauzia.
3. DECISION No.3, 25 October 2022, on the approval of the proposals on consultation of the authorities of the ATU Gagauzia in the decision-making process (amendment of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, adopted by Law No. 797/1996).
4. DECISION No. 4, 25 October 2022, on the approval of proposals on consultation of the authorities of the ATU Gagauzia in the decision-making process (amendment of Article 32 of Law No. 100/2017 on normative acts).
5. DECISION No. 5, 25 October 2022, on the approval of proposals on consultation of the authorities of the ATU Gagauzia in the decision-making process (Local laws).
