On September 12, 2022, the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova signed the Decision regarding the nomination of the new Co-chairperson delegated by the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova to the Working Group for ensuring, within constitutional norms, the functionality of the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia and of the legislative provisions of the Republic of Moldova in relation to the special status of the ATU Gagauzia.
